One subscription is one instance — dev, staging, prod or another team each subscribe separately. Billed monthly in advance; switch sizes any time and we pro-rate.

One price per tier, no usage meter. Predictable from the first invoice to the last.

InventDB SOAR bundles the AI
AWS hosting and AI are included in the InventDB SOAR tier price — one predictable bill. Each tier carries a fixed monthly AI allocation.

No surprise bills
Prices are flat. When an InventDB SOAR tier's monthly AI allocation is used up, the AI pauses for the rest of the month — you're never billed past your tier.

Why per-instance, not per-user?
Cost is driven by data and compute, not headcount. Per-instance keeps your bill predictable as the team grows, up to your tier's user count.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes — either direction, any time. We resize in place and pro-rate the difference. Switching products means starting a new subscription.
What happens if I cancel?
You get a full export of your records, files and saved templates. We delete your instance and key 30 days after cancellation, with written confirmation.
Does InventDB Serverless include AI?
No — it's a pure database. Every instance ships a 51-tool MCP server so you can point any AI client at it. The AI Canvas lives on InventDB SOAR.
Which region runs my instance?
US-based AWS by default; EU and Asia-Pacific on request — same price, your data stays in the region you pick, on your own encrypted volume.
Is my data used to train models?
No. On InventDB SOAR, the AI runs with the no-training opt-out through the InventDB AI Gateway. Your prompts and data never enter any training pipeline.
