Records and Types
Add, edit and delete records in Types you create yourself. A new field extends the Type the first time you use it, so there is no schema to design up front.
InventDB SOAR
Store: records, spreadsheets and files in one database.
A Namespace is a database and a Type is a table. You add data in whatever shape you have it, and the schema adapts as it grows.
Spreadsheet import
Drop a CSV, XLSX or JSON file: InventDB SOAR reads the columns and proposes the Type, and nothing is written until you confirm.
Files with OCR
Attach PDFs, photos and scans to any record. OCR reads them, so search finds a file by what it says rather than just by its filename.
Record pages
Every record gets a page generated from its data: the fields, the related records, the files and the history, updated as the data changes.
On your phone
The same Types, imports and search work in a phone browser. You can photograph a receipt, upload it, and create a record from it; the image is stored on the record, its text is read by OCR, and both are searchable.
