The operations

Date extraction
When a signed document lands on a matter, the AI pulls out the term, renewal, notice and filing dates and opens a deadline record for each.
Diaried reminders
Every extracted deadline gets Google Calendar reminders at 30, 7 and 1 days, held on the matter where the whole firm can see them.
Conflict check
Parties named in the document are checked against your existing clients and matters, and any overlap is flagged for review.
Attorney sign-off
Extracted dates and conflict results wait as drafts; nothing is diaried as final or sent to a client until the responsible attorney approves, and every approval lands in the audit trail.

What this is not.
Two limits worth knowing before you bring practice data here.
Not trust accounting. InventDB SOAR is not a system of record for regulated client trust funds; keep trust ledgers in your sanctioned accounting tool.
Not e-filing. It diaries filing deadlines and holds the documents; it does not file with any court or tax authority.
What is in place. AES-256 encryption with your own key, in-region hosting in US, EU or India, an audit trail on every change, no training on your data, and export anytime as standard SQL and open JSON.
