Operate
Workflows chase late rent on a schedule and dispatch maintenance to a vendor; the drafts wait for your approval before anything sends, and every step lands in the audit trail.
Analyze
Ask in plain English who is overdue and by how much, or occupancy by property; every answer shows the SQL it ran.
Report
Owner statements render on schedule, one per owner, and a 7 AM brief lands every morning with rent collected, occupancy and open work orders.
