InventDB SOAR's console is Store, Operate, Analyze and Report. On a property business they look like this.
Store
Types for properties, units, tenants, leases, rent transactions, work orders, vendors and owners; lease PDFs attach to the lease and are searchable by what they say.
Operate
Workflows chase late rent on a schedule and dispatch maintenance to a vendor; the drafts wait for your approval before anything sends, and every step lands in the audit trail.
Analyze
Ask in plain English who is overdue and by how much, or occupancy by property; every answer shows the SQL it ran.
Report
Owner statements render on schedule, one per owner, and a 7 AM brief lands every morning with rent collected, occupancy and open work orders.

We are building this exact business as a working app on an InventDB engine: 50 rental units and a full year of rent, work orders and statements. The app itself is ordinary code; sign-in, permissions, workflows and reports all come from the engine.
