A drafted text goes to the customer two days before the visit, once you approve it.
Warranty upsells
Warranties expiring inside 60 days surface as a call list with the customer, the unit and the serial.
Route briefs
At 6:30 AM each technician gets their day: the visits in order, overdue recurring work and the parts to bring.
Plain-English answers
Ask which recurring visits are overdue or who still owes on an invoice; every answer shows the SQL it ran.
Duplicate merge
Merging two customer records keeps both visit histories on the one that remains.
