Types for jobs, customers, estimates, invoices, crews, recurring contracts and materials; site photos attach to the job and are searchable by what is in them, so "jobs with a corroded valve" finds the right ones.
Operate
A workflow closes out each finished job: it totals labor and materials, drafts the invoice and the customer email, and re-books recurring work; anything over your threshold waits for your approval.
Analyze
Ask in plain English which jobs are waiting on parts, how much is sitting in pending estimates, or which invoices are 30 days overdue; every answer shows the SQL it ran.
Report
The daily job board renders at 6:30 AM: every job with its crew and status, plus pending-estimate and overdue-invoice totals; open it any time for the live numbers.

Close-out is one workflow, and every step it takes lands in the audit trail.
Small invoices skip the queue
Under the amount you set, the workflow sends the invoice without waiting for sign-off and logs the send.
Larger invoices wait
Over that amount, the draft sits until you approve it; you see the exact invoice and email before anything sends.
Recurring jobs re-book
Closing a job on a recurring contract books the next visit and queues an SMS reminder to the customer ahead of the date.
