Ask in plain English which jobs are waiting on parts, how much is sitting in pending estimates, or which invoices are 30 days overdue; every answer shows the SQL it ran.
Report
The daily job board renders at 6:30 AM: every job with its crew and status, plus pending-estimate and overdue-invoice totals; open it any time for the live numbers.

Small invoices skip the queue
Under the amount you set, the workflow sends the invoice without waiting for sign-off and logs the send.
Larger invoices wait
Over that amount, the draft sits until you approve it; you see the exact invoice and email before anything sends.
Recurring jobs re-book
Closing a job on a recurring contract books the next visit and queues an SMS reminder to the customer ahead of the date.
