Operate
When stock falls below a SKU's reorder point, a workflow drafts the purchase order with the preferred supplier and the last price paid; one tap approves it, and nothing reaches a supplier before that tap.
Analyze
Ask in plain English what is below reorder, which purchase orders land this week, or which SKUs have not moved in 90 days and what they are worth; every answer shows the SQL it ran.
Report
The stock brief renders at 7 AM: below-reorder SKUs, arriving purchase orders, top sellers and the dollars sitting in dead stock; open it any time for the live numbers.

One tap sends it
The draft waits for your approval; you see the exact order and the supplier email first. On approval it sends with the expected date and the SKU is marked on order.
Receiving reconciles the slip
When goods arrive, the packing slip is matched line by line against the purchase order and short-shipped lines are flagged for you to chase.
Margins are watched
Set a margin floor and every SKU under it is listed in the brief; when a supplier raises prices, repricing every affected SKU is one approved update.
